On May 3, the month dedicated to families and the Blessed Virgin Mary, we celebrated May Crowning at the provincial house of Incheon Regina Pacis Province.
The provincial house community gathered in a spirit of fervent prayer, entrusting peace on the Korean Peninsula and throughout the world to Mary’s intercession. We honored Mary by offering her a beautiful handmade crown of flowers, followed by the recitation of a poem and the praying of the rosary in her honor. A candle dance, lovingly choreographed as a symbol of bringing light into the darkness, was also performed.
Though our prayers may be humble and simple, we trust that our heartfelt intentions will reach across the world, so that places of pain and conflict may be filled with the peace of Mother Mary.
