Many Greetings from India!
In many communities in the Christ the King Provincial Delegation and Patna Province, sisters celebrated an international evening. We would like to share the photos from the Sararam and Raxul communities in Bihar, the Rongmongvey and Gaonchulka communities in Assam, the Formation community in Ranch, and a video from the Patna Provincial House.
Especially, in our formation house in Ranchi, we had a memorable evening with Indianized Brazilian Barbeque! Our formees are getting the taste of both International Spirituality as well as International Cuisines that connect us with the whole congregation.
We used the recollection material for the formees as part of their “Medal Day” preparation to help them reflect our Life and Mission in the Church. With clarity in their mind and conviction in their heart of being called to participate in the Charism of Notre Dame, they moved forward in formation as they received the Medal of Candidates of Notre Dame.
So, the ‘two-tier’ celebrations enhanced the international flavor of the community.
