Come to Galilee and be blessed.
Come, see, and be blessed.
Hear him calling, and be blessed.
Stay with the Lord, and be blessed.
Say I love you, Lord, and be blessed.
Our six novices heard the call of the Lord and decided to commit themselves to the Lord. They made their profession of vows, at a touching liturgical service on May 21st. The Assumption province is blessed with four new members: Sister Mary Cicilia Murmu, Sister Mary Manju Marandi, Sister Mary Manjulata Minj, and Sister Mary Helen Hembrom; and the Visitation province with: Sister Mary Roja Tadepalli and Sister Mary Ruth Ebinesa.
The Ceremony began with the Holy Mass at 11 a.m., officiated by our parish priest, Rev. Fr. Devasia Chirayil. He reminded us and especially the newly professed to be rooted in God as a branch to a tree. Sister Mary Beena received them into the Assumption Province and Sister Mary Sandhya was present to accept the new members to the Visitation Province. The singing by our lively juniors was exceptionally good and uplifting. After the Holy Mass the newly professed were led to the refectory with drum beat and the traditional dance. A festive meal followed.
We thank God for the new brides of Christ so vibrant with His love and providence care.
