From September 1 to September 22, Sister Mary Kristin and Sister Mary Shauna were in the Immaculate Heart of Mary Province conducting the General Visitation.  The sisters met with all of the sisters of the province during five area meetings.

The last area meeting was held on September 17 which also marked the last of the area meetings to be held in the United States. Sisters Mary Kristin and Shauna began the visitation of the four U.S. provinces in April and concluded it in September with the Covington Province.  The sisters conducted a total of 27 area meetings, five hours in length, throughout the four provinces and met with approximately 700 sisters.  It was a graced opportunity to visit the provinces consecutively and to witness the many and varied ways our sisters are witnessing to God’s goodness and provident care throughout the Unitied States.

While in Covington, the sisters had the opportunity to visit our sponsored institutions and meet with the leadership of the institutions as well as the leadership of the schools and the children’s home in which we minister. In all four provinces there is a growing number of associate members partnering with us in transforming our world. Sisters Mary Kristin and Shauna want to extend their heartfelt gratitude to all of the U.S. sisters and partners in mission who made their visit so profitable and grace-filled!
