Jubilee Celebration in the Roman Delegation, Italy

On August 3, the Sisters in the Sacred Heart Delegation, Rome, celebrated the jubilees of Sister Maria Maddalena (60th), Sister Maria Aldegonda, Sister Maria Benedetta, and Sister Maria Alcídia (50th). The Sisters of the Motherhouse were invited to celebrate with the sisters at the Via Como community. Some sisters from the Motherhouse were present for the major events of the day. The day began with an inspiring liturgy during which the jubilarians renewed their vows followed by breakfast. A second group of Motherhouse sisters joined the celebrations for the noon meal and a third group for luncheon.
