Oktober, erhielten die Kapitelsmitglieder Zeit, noch mehr Antr\u00e4-ge zu \u00fcberdenken, die zu einem anderen Zeitpunkt im Plenum zur Abstimmung kommen. Sr Katherine und Sr Mariana, unsere Kapitelsmoderatorinnen, informierten \u00fcber den Prozess der gemeinschaftlichen Entschediungsfindung und zeigten den Kapitelmitgliedern die Schritte an, die im Entscheidungsfindungsprozess und beim Wahlverfahren einzuhalten sind. Die derzeitige Generalleitung hatte heute Zeit, \u00fcber zuk\u00fcnftige Erfordernisse und Per-spektiven der Kongregationsleitung zu sprechen. Kleingruppen arbeiteten zusammen, um f\u00fcr die Leitung gew\u00fcnschte Qualit\u00e4ten aufzulisten im Hinblick auf die Vision und Themen, als Ausrichtung f\u00fcr die n\u00e4chsten sechs Jahre.<\/p>\n<p>Nach intensiven Arbeitstagen erfreuen sich viele Kapitelsmitglieder an einigen Abenden der Woche im kleinen Caf\u00e9 daran, sich nach dem Abendessen zu treffen, um Karten zu spielen, beisammen zu sein oder Geburtstage zu feiern. Einige nutzen auch das Tischtennis und den Billiardtisch, die im Haus zur Verf\u00fcgung stehen.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>PDF Download Am Dienstagvormittag, 11.
