JPIC Coordinator’s visit to South Korea

The congregational JPIC coordinator Sr. Mary Patricia Dorobek visited South Korea from Nov. 1-15, 2014. Sister presented the initial steps of the SND JPIC formation plan, based on the 2010 Chapter document and the formation program of the JPIC Commission of the USG and UISG, to all sisters of the Province in two groups for two days each at the provincial house and at Seoul Retreat Center. This provided the opportunity to imprint JPIC spirit onto the sisters’ mind more deeply.

Sr. Pat’s visits to the ministries for migrants and refugees also offered her the opportunity to share our congregation’s spirit and charism as practiced on Korean soil. She also visited the Eco Spirituality Farm. Once again, we wholeheartedly thank Sr. Pat for having been with us.
