The Provincial Chapter of Our Lady of the Assumption Province, Patna, started on Wednesday, 11th November at 5:00 p.m. with the enthronement of the Word of God.

The capitulars processed to the chapter room led by Sister Mary Beena, Sr. Mary Saina, Sister Mary Sujita, and Sister Mary Nirmala, carrying the Coesfeld Cross, a candle bearing the Chapter logo, a globe and the Holy Bible, and singing a hymn to the Holy Spirit. The whole chapter of three days was truly a grace-filled time, and a journey in faith celebrating God’ goodness in our life and mission.

It was a golden opportunity to delve deeper within and search together for what needs to be changed in encountering the WORD and engaging the world in order that we move into the mission of the Lord with deeper commitment and generosity. There was indeed a sense of gratitude for the past, a longing for a radical renewal and transformation for a journey ahead, embracing the Cross with prophetic courage and hope.  We thank the good GOD for all the blessings we have received.
