During the months of September and November, the Motherhouse community welcomed three new members, Sister Maria Lory Inês Rockenbach from the Passo Fundo Province, Sister Mary Evelynn Reinke from the Covington Province, and Sister Mary Barbara Morscher from the Chardon Province.

Sister Lory Inês joined the community on September 5 as the new Portuguese translator. Sister was attending a Conference Interpretation Course in Rio de Janeiro, Brazil, for the past year and a half to prepare herself to be a professional translator.

On November 10, Sister Mary Evelynn arrived in Rome having completed three years as the local coordinator at the Covington Provincial Center, USA. Prior to moving to the Center, Sister ministered for 33 years at Thomas More College in the education department. She has been asked to assist in editing and preparing congregational materials for publication.

Since November 17, Sister Barbara has been part of the Motherhouse community. Sister Mary Barbara volunteered to come to Rome after completing 13 years as the Director of Religious Education at Corpus Christi Parish in Conneaut, Ohio, USA. Sister is an experienced teacher and principal.  Sister Barbara will assist with secretarial tasks and in the archives.

We warmly welcome Sister Maria Lory Inês, Sister Mary Evelynn, and Sister Mary Barbara to the Motherhouse community and look forward to sharing life and ministry together.
